Data Services Not Working for Days now

I am completely frustrated with your deteriorating customer care.

I was told there is still unlimited BIS from your call centre. However, my data bundles now, not BIS, was finished on both my lines. I tried to load additional bundles but had to call in through to your technical support for my first line to work again.

The same thing is happening with my second line. I have tried to call the customer support line. I waited more than 20 minutes twice and decided to cut the call. I went to an Autopage store, a complete waste of my time. The lady there was busy with her friends so she told me the system was down and "took down my details" so that she would call me back to resolve the issue. The hasn't happened.

Clearly I have done everything in my power to get service, that I am already paying for from you. The only thing I get in return is misleading call centre agents, wasting my time from waiting too long on your call centre and dishonest store personnel.

I can't wait for both my contracts to expire so that I wont have to deal with Autopage anymore.
