I find it highly inappropriate that FNB offers better smart phones deals to new customers and ignore current customers. For example they have the S4 on a package deal. If you are a new customer you get the phone with minutes, data and sms's etc where as old customers would only get the phone alone for the same price. As much as this is a marketing tactic to attract new customers you do not ignore the needs of old customers and treat them differently. When I laid a complaint they had said its because of all the trouble the new client goes through they have to compensate them. But as a current customer we should be treated the same if not better for all the support.
