Sold product with misrepresentation of benefits

Karin the manager personally sold me a cell C data contract or 20 GIG per month. She admitted informing me before signature that there are no strings attached - all 20 GIGs are available at same speed and during daytime. To my horror found out that 15 GIGs of the 20 are only available after midnight. She admitted her mistake, blamed the Cell C rep and said sorry and that she will fix the problem and fulfil her misrepresentation. Keep on blaming head office and after 4 weeks of empty promises she wants to merely cancel my contract and give me no benefit. This is contract breach and criminal!! I also to date have not receive the 21 MB modem - 5 months down the line - they keep on saying Cell C is out of stock! Gave me a week 7MB modem! Another breach of contract. Next step is media and legal action! PLEASE HELP!!! Fix my problem and then get competent staff working at the Clearwater branch!!
