What I was sold was not what I got

I would like a follow up on Reference number: 3070101248
I initially applied for the 2 Gig 3G account with Cell C, under the impression that these 2 gigs were mine to do with as I please. i.e. I should be able to browse anywhere.
As I applied just past statement date, i expected to get two months worth of billing for about R500.00 is or so.
Firstly - I did not receive a statement.
2nd - I found an amount of over R1500 taken off my bank account!
When I queried this, I was told that there were 5 numbers we dialed, costing about R130-150 each, and this "doesn't fall under our "free 2 gigs""??? i.e. there are some paying sights that I can't use my gigs for? I thought I was paying for those gigs and didn't know they were "free"? When I asked cell C what these sights were, they couldn't tell me, so if they don't know, and I don't know, then I don't know what I am paying.
3rd - it is only myself and my young son in the house, who does not have access, and as I only browse facebook and info sights for projects, what could we possibly have gone on to use so much gigs?
So I would like this contract cancelled by Cell C immediately, I will return the modem, and my money back.
