Waste of money Data-pathetic stoneage speed!

Purchased a Giga200 prepaid data bundle for R1799 a week ago and did check with the salesperson at the local Cell C store if the coverage was decent in my area, I was assured that it was good. I also purchased a Cell C modem to use but when I got home and tried connecting my data speed was 27-38kbps, meaning even downloading attachments from my email took hours (download speed of 0.5-1.2kbps). Thinking that maybe the modem was slow, I returned it and purchased a faster Cell C modem but still face the same problem!

The signal is storng and says is connected at HSPA

I cant even open a webpage, the speeds are pathetic. I feel totally ripped off as even if I stay connected 24/7/365 I probably would only use 15 gigs of the 200 gigs!

I have been forced to purchase a Vodacom package that is working brilliantly and I am getting download speeds of 450 kbps!
