Cell c is stealling my money!

In January of this year I received a sms from FNB saying that they can give me 2 gigs of prepaid data for R99.00 a month. I replied on the sms yes. After a day or two a concultant from cell c called me and with my wife present on a recorded line advise that the conctract is for R99.00 per month for 2 gigs and this contract is prepaid. The sim card was delivered and said on the packagin prepaid. The post office was on strike and we did not receive any information from Cell C. When the debit order did go off I though it was for 2 month premuim and left it. When receiving the second invoice and huge amount went off my account and when trying to call cell c cost alot of money to speak to somebody and the bucket gets past from one to another person. After speaking to the 3 person at cell c they advise we need to send a e-mail saying that I want to cancel as what I am getting is not what I said yes to on my sms and on the call from cell c. I have already stopped the debit order by the bank. The is breach of contract as this is not prepaid, which means that if the 2Gigs is finished you can only load more money on and use it again. Sorry I want this stupid cell c contract cancelled.
