I applied for SAGA membership on 15/11/2013, paid the card fee and received an email with my user name and pin. I tried to access the handicaps website but could not gain access. I emailed Lloyd on 20/11/2013 enquiring about the progress, he replied with my username and pin. On 02/12/2013 I sent another email to Lloyd requesting info as to way I still cannot access handicaps. He forwarded the email on 04/12/2013 to Stella and Aden, I did not get a response. On 07/01/2014 I sent an email to Lloyd, Aden and Stella. I phoned Stella. She said that my card was never ordered and that my application was never sent through. She said that I will be refunded for 2 months but this is still not done. Lloyd replied a day later to say that Stella is on leave. On 27/01/2014 I spoke to Stella, enquiring about the progress on getting my card, she said that she is the only person in her department and I WOULD NOT UNDERSATND THE PROCESS!!! I can never get hold of Lloyd and he only responds days later. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have been unsatisfied with your service since day one! Stella spoke to me in a very disrespectful way.
