Rude, Incompetent, Very Unproffessional

We asked Lloyd to have a look at our washing machine and he sent a guy to look at it, the problem was explained to him and he made a diagnosis. We asked for a quote which was then written down on a piece of paper. the next day we asked them to fix as per diagnosis given and the problem did not go away. I then told his guys that clearly their diagnosis was wrong and they must put back the old part and we will take it from there. Lloyd then came and tried to look around and I told him he must go as I was unhappy with the service that far, he started flouting around and being chauvinistic. He advertises in maybe in the Northcliff Melville times and uses these numbers 078 8144 252 and 074 7035577. there is clearly no management or accountability in the way he runs his business because the person who quoted and the person who came to fix were different people. The risk as a customer that 4 different people, l come to your house. He then insisted that he wanted payment of his fuel and was insulting. I would advise people to stay away from him.
