WORST/NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Last week Monday (8 April 2013), I received a call from a Mr Mhlongo from Cell C who confirmed that my cellphone would finally be delivered during the week and that upon delivery I should send him an e-mail on [Email Removed] so that my number would be ported from MTN to Cell C. I received my phone on Thursday (11 April 2013) and I sent him an e-mail so that my number could be ported, til this day, this has not happened and he has not responded to any of the 3 e-mails I have sent since last week. I have tried calling Cell C direct, on Monday I was on hold for 45 minutes and today for 38 minutes. If you are short of agents, then you should hire more, it's pathetic that a customer should be on hold waiting for an agent for that long. My number has still not been ported, I'm sitting here with a phone I cant even use. Cell C customer service is the worst, I regret moving from MTN!
