Cell C
Empty promises and pathetic service

I upgraded using Cell C direct - poor decision!! After eventually getting my phone, I have been battling for almost a month now to get my number ported to my new sim like was promised to me! I have contacted the call centres multiple times and wasted literally hours on the phone speaking to people who do not really want to help me - always some other department that will have to do something to sort the issue out. I am tired of waiting and dealing with incompetence. I am now advising everyone i meet with to avoid cell c direct after the experience I have had and I will seriously consider changing to a different network for my next upgrade. While no one at cell c cares to help me port my number I am missing important phone calls seeing that I now sit with a temporary number. What sort of service is that??
