6 times in for repairs still not fixed

2 blackberry 9300 sent in for repairs. The first on 4/3/2013 was returned 4 times and in Virgin Mobile Eastgate Branch tested. Problem was speaker and microphone not operational. It still has the same problem, but according to them it has been fixed and tested. Second phone on 11/3/2013 was returned 3 time, but every time with a different problem. Originally it went in for Scroll not working and software update. Came back with screen problem and new issues with software. Booked in again and now came back with cover not fitting properly and software still problem.
