VODACOM STEALS MY 900 MINUTES AND SMS BUNDLE

I received an sms from Vodacom today stating that my account is locked as I have reached my credit limit. Now firstly, I am on a Blackberry package, on a debit order (and have been for 10 years) so that was just ridiculous. After chatting with an online consultant, she told me she could unfortunately not help me as they are only allowed to answer certain questions. Ok moving along, call 082111, the rude disgusting common woman starts telling me to be quiet so she can talk... the worst call operator i have ever experienced and proceeds to say tough, their rule is that they can freeze my account BASED ON PROJECTED STATS... how illegal to lock my account based on random figures - when i'm on a contract that is a) free bbm and emails; b) has 903minutes of talk time owed to me (paid for already); c) 147 sms remaining from a purchased bundle - so basically even though i have paid for something, i cannot have it or use it because they will lock my account and my minutes (which is cash at the end of the day) BASED ON PROJECTIONS.
Asking for a manager did not help, the person who called me back told me sorry that is Vodacom rules and he cannot give me more info or help
