Selling Phones under fals specs!!!

HI,

Kelyn that works at Galleria VODACOM sells Nokia cell phones under fals specs!!!

He told me that a spisific Nokia have loads better specs better than the Blackberry and samsung.

Only to take the contract and put the phone on and find that its not true.

I did take the phone back within 5 days and he told me the call centre is closed and
he cant take the phone back on that dat???

He calls me today to tell me I have gone out the window period to bring the phone back.

How does VODACOM allow sales people like this to work for them???
