PLEASE HELP..any advice or assistance please

I have a 1mbps line rental from telkom, ive had it almost 2 months now and in the beginning it worked fine but for the last week EVERY SINGLE NIGHT at around 6-7 the connection dies and wont come back on at all until the next morning!!.this is so frustrating and ive been on the phone with mweb and telkom and searched about every forum i could find, telkom says its my router but in the day its working fine??.i dunno if its maybe settings on my side or at the exchange that need to adjusted but please someone just help!
