My mother upgraded her cellphone contract in December with 8ta and was told to pay in R417.35 which they debited from her account. The following month they debited the same amount again and when she queried this (3 times) was told they would sort the matter out. We even went out to a 8ta store and were told it would be resolved by Tuesday 09/04/2013. To date nothing has been done. My mother is a pensioner and this is just wrong, they dont want to refund her money! Please can some-one sort this mess out.
