Telkom 4Mbps Uncapped running at 1Mbps

I signed up for a 4Mbps Telkom Uncapped account a week ago. The account was working fine. A few days ago it started running at 1Mbps. I can't download at more than 120KB/s. I have two other 4Mbps Telkom Uncapped that work perfectly, it is just this one account that runs at 1Mbps for some reason.

Nobody in the call center can help me. They simply shift the blame to other departments, or try to fix my ADSL line. Even after I have repeatedly told them the line is fine (when I use Mweb accounts on the line it downloads at 10mbps).

The people in the call center are incompetent. They get trained to two a handful of things, and when the problem is outside of that scope they don't know what to do.

Every time I get frustrated they simply say they are putting me through to another department, then they drop my call. I hate Telkom. There isn't a company on earth that has made me more angry.
