Want to monitor bandwidth consumption online

Phoned store where contract was purchased numerous times. Sales consultant keeps on promising she will get back to me. Last three calls -on 8, 9 and 10 April. The store is Blue Chip Cellular at Oakfields Pick 'n Pay, Benoni. Decided to phone MTN customer care today (11/04/2013): dialed 173 - got transferred to 0831808. Prompted to put cell phone number in, when I do, it tells me the number is invalid I must re-enter. Tried again, same thing. Dialed 173 three times, explaining to the consultants what my problem is and that the transfer to 0831808 does not help as I get stuck with my number being 'invalid'. I got transferred to the business department. They told me to download and complete MTN Active Access Request and the MTN Active agreement and submit it and phone MTN Active if I have a problem. When I read what these forms were all about I realized it has got nothing to do with monitoring bandwidth so I phoned them again (MTN active), explained what I want again and asked if these forms will allow me to monitor bandwidth and I was told NO! This guy told me I must register on the website under MTN Internet - My account which is what I did right in the beginning. Back to square 1!!!
