Poor bandwidth

I am having constant cutting off of my bandwidth even when doing banking on the internet! At crucial moments suddenly the bandwidth for comms are zero and everything is stuck. I have to re-connect numerous times for a simple online browsing session. Please dont think it has anything to do with poor range or anything. I have not had this problem a mere month ago. I find this very disruptive, since I attend online courses and have frequent online meetings, and have to re-connect a few times at the onset before I have a constant and stable connection. If I can have a stable connection after re-connecting a few times, then to my mind this problem has nothing to do with poor reach or range. I don't even want to get started about downloads. They just take forever, and I'm supposed to have an "unlimited" contract! What use is that if my bandwidth gets cut?
