I ordered my new specs on the 18th November 2013, I was told that delivery would be 7 to 10 working days, I only got my specs early December, due to 'apparently' lenses breaking between delivery, also not to mention the optometrist didn't even fit my specs on my head, he just handed me my specs in a box. Today (17th December) I went in at 9am to ask if they can tighten my specs, ' NO, I'm busy ' I was told, no courtesy, I went back in at 12, I was told the same, I WENT BACK AT 4PM, The optometrist who is a male, looked me straight in the eye and couldn't take 2 minutes to help me and walked away! Then, I was fuming, the ladies at the front desk took my details for this man to phone me back. He then phones and starts yelling at me, couldn't even greet me properly by my proper name, and apparently if you pay for your specs cash you don't get aftercare service!!! He then asks if I will be back and I said no, his reply was 'GOOD' he says, 'that's ok' he says!!! I hope everyone reads this and sees how good paying customers get ILL TREATED by SPEC SAVERS CLEARWATER MALL! A complaint has already been lodged at consumer council aswel!
