Poor network connections to non existant at times

I moved to Jukskei View ext 17 in midrand 4 months ago and I have been struggling with the network ever since. Whenever I am at home I struggle to browse any sites on my phone as there network takes long to load a single page or a communication error occurs. But whenever Im not home I do not struggle at all, with facebook or any site. over the past 2 weeks I have been home during the day as well and I simply struggle to do anything. Yesterday was the worst, People couldnt get through when they tried calling me and as a result missed about 4 calls. It is very frustrating to have such poor, if any at all, access to the network. Can the matter please be looked into as I am very much dependant on my phone, I am missing calls and its not always possible to call back because of private numbers.
