No solutions on Promises by Network Coverage

I moved into a residence on 28 March 2012 and began experience poor network coverage in the property I stay in, I am unable to access the internet and at certain spots if I am on the phone the call gets dropped. I have on numerous occasions contacted the network coverage department and all I get is promises and no solutions. I have even spoken to the manager of the department and still no one has even made a house call to see what the problem is or even adviced what can be done.

I have 3 MTN contracts and none of them work accessing emails, internet or social media at home I had to purchase a competition data contract to use as Wifi to access my emails and to use my phones and tablets. How embarrasing!!! My neighbour whom is also with MTN has been struggling over two years with the exact same poor service and no soultions problem she also got a competition data contract to use as Wifi.

Why should a client need to struggle so much?? And secondly go to the competition to have some satisfaction?!? I have been with MTN for over 10 years and have never been so disappointed as I am; my phone is now an ornament in my home as I cant do much with it!
