Mtn gives no service for repairs on phones

I have upgrade my phone last year and had the handset for 3 days took it back and received a new phone in. October 2012 I took the phone in again for repairs
And received a refurbish phone that started giving me the same week problems in February 2013 took it back in again
And received again a refurbished handset took it back in at the beginning of march received again a second hand phone took it back now April and now they want to send me again a old phone just want toe do a software upgrade!! How many times do they want to go on like this had this number NOW for 10 years at mtn and this is the service i get!!!
