I have a complaint about the shameful customer service I have received. The complaint is due to vodacom charging me for a my meg 500 data bundle I DID NOT ASK FOR. It began with vodacom offering me this data bundle for FREE to compensate for the delay in receiving my newly upgraded iPhone5, the customer service operator said it was complimentary, otherwise I would not have accepted it. The amount of R150 was debited at the end of January. I called customer service 3 times to rectify the situation and the amount is still out standing, it is now April. here is my last customer service reference number S3-TK588-8Y66. all 3 times they said it would be rectified. My problem is that Vodacom is too quick to take money out of our accounts but when it comes time to pay us back due to errors of their own doing, little happens. Now please vodacom correct me if I'm wrong the definition of is: To take (the property of another) without right or permission. Its funny how a multimillion rand company can take money from somebody that earns only a fraction of that. If this is not rectified immediately I will have no other option but to seek legal advice. I will be taking my money elsewhere.
