This is my SECOND complaint to Hello Peter regarding the same service. On the 5 and 9 April I received an sms which read that my phone was still at technical dept for repairs. I would not accept a phone that I had not yet used that required repairs. IT'S UNACCEPTABLE.
I have not used it and I do not have it. It has spent the last month in repairs at Nashua Mobile. I expect a new phone to be delivered immediately or a refund and cancellation of my account. I do not wish to do business with Nashua Mobile any further. YOUR SERVICE!!! And when Quinton phoned me a week ago he told me that he will see what he can do to get me a new phone, because I do not want some brand new phone that's not even used yet, but already in for repairs. Just send me a new phone... how difficult can that be??? And dont offer me compensation such as a months' free subscription Mr. Quinton!!!
