Same old bad service

My previous complaint on Monday 25th March refers as do my complaints on your facebook page (x3) and numerous phone calls etcetera etcetera ad nauseum. I was contacted by one of your call centre agents regarding my problem and only part of it was resolved. I was promised that I would receive a call by close of business on Thursday 28th March with an early settlement figure on my contract that is correct! I am STILL waiting >I wonder what the excuse will be this time. I originally requested this amount on 11th MarchI have been given assorted figures that do not make sense. Well Cell C I am no longer interested in even listening to your excuses. I will be taking my problem to the consumer council tomorrow and I will let them sort out the problem for me. I cannot believe that you continue to treat an established customer with such disdain. If you do bother to contact me have the decency to brief your agent on my case as I WILL NOT be explaining from scratch again. Use my office phone please not my cell c number as I will not be using it anymore.
