I had opened a new cell phone contract at the Estcourt MTN branch on Monday the 25th of February 2013.
On receiving the cell phone and contract on Friday the 1st of March 2013, I had noticed an error had been made. I had not received the contract package that I had requested.
The ladies from the Estcourt branch have been bending over backwards trying to resolve the problem and ensure customer satisfaction since I had made them aware of the error on Saturday the 2nd March. The sales ladies have received little assistance from MTN head office in resolving the problem, all of which must be processed at the head office.
It seems the head office is incompetent at resolving problems, have no sense of urgency and have little regard for customer satisfaction. It is now Monday the 11th March and I still have not received the correct cell phone package.
I am very unhappy with MTN head office's service and will not be recommending them as a service provider.
Well done to the Estcourt sales ladies for your generous assistance. MTN could learn a thing or two about customer service from you!
