Another week have gone by with no feedback

What a surprise. Mtn promised into looking for feedback. Another week have gone by with zero response. Please advise where I can drop off your equipment as I no longer want or need it and would like to go witha different provider. Note that my phone contract also expires this year and I will end the contract. Thank you for not caring
