This is the mail I was told to Cell C to explain my problem. I have sent this mail three times every time been read by Cell C with no feedback please help. I'm not looking to recover the two years I have paid for something I did not use. I only want this email thing been cancelled

Hi There

My wife had a contract with you back in 2009 mobile number - 0844129080. The problem is for two years after she has cancelled this contract the C Mail email address of R29.00 has being debited from her ABSA account every month. She has tried with no luck to cancel this email address as she has never used it her life. Can you please let me know what the procedure is in cancelling this email "THING" that she pays for (R29.00) every month?
