Cell C
No stock, no answers, going on 3 weeks waiting!

Cell C's service is absolutely atrocious! i have currently opened a new contract with them on the 9 July 2013, at the time the consultant had informed us that they had no stock of the black/white Samsung S4's. he had told us that they would be receiving stock that Thursday 11 July 2013. we waited and had not received any feedback resulting in me phoning them twice that week, only to find out that they had a waiting list! which we were not informed about! the person i spoke to on the phone had told me they would be receiving more stock the following week, i decided to give them until Wednesday the 17th July 2013. i then called and spoke to a very incompetent lady who could not tell me anything and was very unhelpful!! unfortunately i did not get her name, so now i am sitting without a phone and still do not know when i will be receiving it. surely 3 weeks is more than enough time to get enough S4's for all the customers on the waiting list! very unhappy with the service aswell as waiting 3 weeks for a phone from a service a provider i have never used before! this first impression is very unpleasing!!!
