Settled & Canceled Contract. Then receive a BILL!!

This is absolute horse sh.i.t!!
I enquired as to my FULL outstanding balance of my contract with Vodacom so that I can settle it.
I enquired as to the settlement amount and any outstanding monthly balances that stille needs to be paid.
I was sent premature cancelation quotes. They had no outstanding balances listed, just the settlement amount outstanding on the contract.
After receiving bad service and response from Vodacom staff (no surprise!)I laid a complaint and received a response the next day when I was called by a rep from Vodacom. When I asked him if the amounts listed are the only amounts that needed to be paid over, and that I won't get charged or billed after I settled, he said no, I am paid up front for the month, so the only amounts needed to close the contract are the amounts listed and no more!!

I JUST received a F@KING invoice from Vodacom for April. AFTER I HAVE SETTLED IN FULL AND received letters saying that I am paid up in full and contract is paid up in full!!!

Now these useless F@KING staff went and billied me again.
I was told that you are billed in advance.
My contract has been paid up!!!
I will not pay again after I gave you close to R20, 000 to close it!
