Turnaround time - my phone was given in at Cavedish branch for repairs it's been more than a month. They contacted me once to let me know that my phone is there, but my battery wa still in jhb. To date no one has made contact with me regards to this matter. I thought after my bad experience wit Century city branch, going to cavendish I will receive prompt service, Mistake. Does it really take this long to b serviced.
Lack of efficiency, your call centre -" like any spy movie all call re recorded" kind revert to a conversation with one of your agents that audited me with a limit reduction. I informed the female, I won't my to reduce/set a limit on my phone/account. I requested the total amount debited from my account hold be R350, this will be my monthly phone fee plus a limit of R150 the I can use. In total R350 must be debited from my cheque account. To my surprise this clearly in not take place. Why mus I pay. Bill that was not intended to be thy high hence my request. This needs o be rectified. Immediately, and I won't everything reversed that was lost as my instruction was o he point nd direct. This is the third time Cell C messes me around. I m about to accept another offer f
