CREDIT LIMIT

My phone was, and the person who it used up my credit which is set at a limit of R622 and even managed to go over the limit that was set bringing my bill total to R1052 or there abouts. I filed a police complaint and have not heard anymore on the matter.. i cancelled my debit order from MTN so that i can settle only what i owe which is just my monthly phone expense until the matter of the phone and used credit is resolved. MTN debited my account of R1099.49...
I want my money back in my account, and i will settle them what i can afford.
