Incorrect debit - no refund

On 28 March 2013, the day before the Easter weekend, my account was debited R 2 621.27 by Autopage. It is usually just over R400. The debit included a DOUBLE charge for a handset upgrade, which had already been collected in January. There seems to be no way of talking to anyone via the call centre, but I fortunately receive some help from one of their local agents, who mentioned that Autopage would probably not refund the money! It is outrageous that THEY make a mistake, and I am out of pocket for 4 months. To date, Autopage remains indifferent to my problem.
