I am extremely disappointed in the service received from Afrihost. I currently have a 10mb and I am receiving on days speeds of -512kbs. It is very disappointing to have to constantly either reset the line myself and when that fails to spend over and hour on the phone with technical consultants. I was promised a month ago that a manager would call me to resolve the issue with my account (with testing it showed that there was nothing wrong with my physical line and that there were issues with my connection from Afrihost) I have still had NO CALLS whatsoever. Last night there was the same annoying issue with the line. After being on the line with Kennedy Machiwana for over 40 minutes he assured me that a senior representative would call me first thing in the morning. I have still not heard from anyone. I then proceeded to try calling Afrihost - holding on for 8 minutes to get cut off by the consultant answering my call.
You guys are honestly wasting my time and money! I am supposed to be on bed rest due to a complicated pregnancy now I have to sit with an unreliable supplier...
