Cn't complain about service cause there is none

I have tried to phone, online chat and sent numerous sms'es to ask a few questions prior to joining Afrihost but still nothing! It's been more than a week since I started to try getting hold of them. Seems like they don't need my business. I had 2 calls from Afrihost, one was at 21:00, I did answer, it was quiet and then the agent put the phone down, as if to only log that they tried to call, but didn't really. The other call was 7:15 yesterday morning while I was in the shower. I emailed Kennedy Machiwana to phone me and believe that was his only attempt although I instructed to keep on trying till he gets hold of me. If it is so hard to ask a few questions before joining, how do I know I'll get any service after joining? I'm already put of Afrihost and although I still want to join I think Afrihost will have to do a lot to get me to join!
