I opened ten hosting accounts with Afrihost early last week. I subsequently placed a service request and did not receive any response from Afrihost. Needless to say, when I called the Afrihost call centre this morning I was noticeably irate.

Antoinette received my call this morning and handled my complaint with absolute finesse and empathy. Moving forward, she assisted me most efficiently with the many questions I had with regards to setting up my various accounts with Afrihost.

My experience with Antoinette is amongst the best experience I've had in the service industry this year. Thank you for your professionalism and customer centric attitude when dealing with my call this morning.
