Afrihost is not being honest

Since Afrihost has moved from the IS backbone to that of MTN I have continually had issues with linespeed and connections. After checking several forums it seems that I am one in a long list of clients who are experiencing the exact same thing. Each time I am asked to PING this and change that and IT NEVER solves the problem. There is clearly something wrong as I never had any of these issues before they moved backbone. It would be great if AFRIHOST at least acknowledge that there is some sort of problem as it cannot be that there are hundred of customers all having the same delusion.

Their service was fantastic and their speed was the best, now it is embarrassing and it affecting my work and my clients' websites. I expect someone from Afrihost to actually sort this issue out and to stop asking me to try things which clearly make no difference. I spend thousands with them each month and am happy to spend it somewhere else in future.
