My husband dealt with Nashua mobile and sent me to collect my new phone with the upgrade. It was a lot of confusion at first because the first lady whom he dealt with was unavailable for almost an half an hour. I was a bit frustrated I thought it will be quick and that it was only a phone collection. A guy with the name of Gert assisted me and within in minutes I had my phone. The second best service was today when I phoned the call centre of Nashua mobile and a lady Mpho Mokhilinyane assisted me. She understood my frustration and phoned my husband to give me full authorisation on my phone number. SHE IS THE FIRST CALL CENTE AGENT IN TEN YEARS who made such a good suggestion to my problem (I am not the account holder and cannot get information regarding my own phone and service). Thanks to Nashua mobile and people like Gert (at Nashua mobile in Midrand, unfortunately I did not get his surname) and Mpho Mokhilinyane at the call centre. People like you are making one's life much easier!
