Overcharge on erronous debit order setup

I had phoned the customer services to change my debit order date from the 25th of the month to the 1st of the month. This was done on the 20/22nd of March 2013, whereas the agent advised that the deduction scheduled for the 25th was already submitted, of which I accepted this and said fine.
After this deduction came back as not submitted as I did not have enough funds in my account at the time, Vodacom tried to deduct from my account again on the 2nd April because of the new payment instruction, which was not explained to me would happen. This resulted in another charge of R100 from Vodacom on my account for the debit order coming back and another RTD charge from my bank of R115. I phoned the customer services and the arrogant lady said that because the account had not been paid it is by default that there would be a deduction again on the next date selected. Then accounts said the same thing, without really looking into my query of the fact that I submitted a request to resubmit the debit order at a later stage on the 31st which was only picked up on the 2nd. I want a refund of my bank charges and a credit or the R100 on my account!!! This is ridiculous service!!!
