Promotion changes

On 3 March 2013 Belinda Rautenbach posted the new promotions for the ANGLO deals through MTN. 3 weeks later I ordered a galaxy note 2 from this promotions. MTN did not honour their promotions and after several e-mails just stood by their opinion that they are covered by "error and ommision" policy and that they have now changed that specific promotion to a galaxy note. The note 2 is on a diffrent promotion that is R90 per month more. MTN never honoured or even try to honour their advertised promotions. How can MTN's policy over write the CPA?
