Do not use this company

This firm has continuously advertised promotions that they never follow through on, or follow through on to such a limted extent, that these promotions amount to advertising and inducement to enter into otherwise stupid pre-order agreements.

My advise is to use the various other internet based retailers, because this firm is riding a wave of promotions (i experienced this with diablo 3, tomb raider, mafia 2 and mass effect 3).. These are all the games i have bought from this firm and all of the above pre-order promotions were issued arbitrarily and half-arsedly i.e. fraudulenty. I have never been able to get my promotions as promised from these villians.

the staff are known to just take everyone for a ride and manipulate promotions.
