Its been two weeks since Vodacom responded to my first post - i still have no modem -NO SERVICE - and i am losing data which i am beiing billed for every month - My challenge to Vodacom is please refund my money and keep your modem - i am sick and tired of trying to get service from you guys!
I am tired of empty promises and staff that do not have the courtesy to follow up! Please cancel my subscription and refund all my payments on the basis of non delivery. I will be seeking legal advise as of today!
