Handset Warranty

Good Day.

My phone was booked in for repairs on Saturday 06 April 2013 at Vodaworld in Midrand, I recieved sms from Vodacom on the progress I just made an enquiry on how far the progress is and I got told that the handset was booked under non warranty and thats why I didnot get a loan unit.

How can it booked in as non warranty? I only got that handset last year??? It is still under warranty.

Please I need the handset or a loan unit as im a rep and cant be without a mobile.
