ORDER LAPTOP and only deliver Modem

Yet again due to the incompetence of Vodacom we have been let down. On 14 Aug 2013 I ordered a HP Laptop with 1GIG modem due to the fact that my wife urgently needed a laptop for work. Today, 19 August 2013 (which is already 3 days late) the courier only delivered the modem! My wife will now have to start at her new job tomorrow without a computer all thanks to Vodacom!!! When I called 082 1950 they said that they will send an email to follow up why they only delivered the modem!!! I am sick and tired of Vodacom's pathetic service!!!
