For the last almost 9 months i have been complaining to vodacom about their up to @$@#%^? EUR internet services! I have 2gig of internet waisted every month which I do pay R350 because of the @$@#%^? EUR service. I use my 2gig for logging on and logging off, continuously everyday for 2 hours. After 2 hours still no joy. If i finally do get connected for longer than 5 minutes I have to refresh everytime. I have logged numerous complaints, and in 24hours yes data support phones me back and i explain to them the whole story over and over again! Don't vodacom store the clients information somewhere? Ok and then i phone vodacom again and 24hours they phone me back - same old story over and over again. I AM SICK AND TIRED!!! I have tried to migrate to a smaller package 250mb is the smallest, I have to pay R800, a fee vodacom charges!!! And they don't understand why I the get angry. i mean really!!! Numerous times i have phoned vodacom's cancellation department to try and cancel the contact which expires in April 2014. I mean why the should I pay for a suppose to be service for nothing??? Sick of trouble shooting and install and uninstall modem!!!
