I've had a contract with Cell C for 8 years and yet I still get treated like...

What a joke

I have three contracts with Cell C and my one contract was up for renewal so I picked out a phone and it gets delivered to me on Friday.

The first problem I have is your activation team are slow on the up take... they said it will be activated on Friday it is now Monday and I'm still waiting

After phoning them this morning and them telling me no it'll be active today.

So I phoned a few hours later to check and after waiting 16 mis on the phone I get somebody who tells me they get somebody to phone me back with regards to the activation. I m still waiting.

You are a joke have you never heard of service delivery before.

This is shocking I'm really unhappy about this.

when do you plan on getting around to my contract or are you just happy to keep taking my money and not give a dam.

My question to you

Is how many of you does it take to activate a sim for an account that's been active for 8 years
