Locked my phone for no reason

Having had a nashua mobile contract for NINE YEARS i got an sms tonight to tell me that my R 60 call limit had been reached and my phone was soft locked. What kind of bs is this? Firstly who has a R60 call limit (i have never had, or agreed to the implementation of a limit) and secondly how dare they lock my phone. With a husband who travels my cellphone is literally my lifeline, and how i do business. Nashua mobile you are the worst, and i will not renew with you that's for sure. You have lost my business.
