Soft locked cell, 4 days later still locked

I reached my call limit of R800 per month so my phone was soft locked. on the 1st of the month I received an sms to say my phone has been unlocked. Four days into the new month and two calls later to the Nashua Mobile call centre and my phone is still locked.
Bad service.
