Misleading service and contract

After I got a MTN contract I received a bill of over R3000 rand for data I apparently used, I have spoekn to MTN customer service about this and tey could not supply men with evodence of the amount of data used. Got the uncapped package from them, they NEVEr expliande that the data speed would be limited so drastically after first 3gig were used up. The interne was so slow that I could hardly open emails. VEry dissapointing. I wish to cancel the contract on the basis that MTN was misleading in both cases by not givin full disclosure of amount to be paid as well as the poor interne service I would receive. I will never again have anythig to do with MTN and wil discourage anybody from dealing with them.
