Slow internet

Hi
i recently puchased the 24 month Mtn uncapped package. Ever since i got the package the internet speed has been extremely slow, i have contacted the branch and complained but they kept telling me i should wait for the 3gb data bundle to come through. I've been waiting for long now, i have also contacted the Mtn customer care and apparently my contract doesnt come with the included 3gb data even though it was advertised with it.
